We deliver party rental equipment across Hamilton and many communities throughout Southern Ontario. Delivery fees vary based on your location and order size. Contact us if you're unsure whether we serve your area.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak wedding and event season. For last-minute bookings, please contact us directly to check availability.

You can cancel your booking at any time. Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you cancel.

Yes. You can choose customer pickup during the booking process. Pickup details and instructions will be provided once your reservation is confirmed.

Yes. Our team professionally installs and dismantles tents to ensure they are safe and secure for your event.

Most rentals are for 36 to 72 hours, depending on the item and event. Extended rental periods are available upon request.

Most of our rental items can still be used in wet weather, and our tents provide excellent protection from the elements. If severe weather is expected, please contact us to discuss your options.

Absolutely! We offer complete rental packages that include tables, chairs, linens, glassware, cutlery, and other event essentials for added convenience.

Refunds are based on the cancellation date. Orders booked within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

Same-day rentals may be available depending on inventory and scheduling. Please call us directly, and our team will do their best to accommodate your request.
